The process
How the job runs

Look at the tree and its surroundings
We check what is within falling distance, how equipment and waste get in and out, and whether the tree is protected or sits in a conservation area.

Set up and protect
Ground and planting under the work area are covered, and the drop zone is kept clear before anything is cut.

Work in sections
In a garden there is almost never room to fell in one piece, so the tree comes down in manageable sections, lowered rather than dropped.

Clear up and walk the finished job
Brash is chipped or bagged and taken away and the timber is removed or left stacked if you want it, then we go round the finished job with you and leave the ground raked off and tidy.
